-= ABOUT MONKEY GRABS THE PEACH! =-
MGTP is a casual progressed raiding guild. We believe in having a good time and enjoying the game while progressing through end-game content on a casual schedule. We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate the busy lives of our casual member-base while still possessing the expertise and coordination needed to successfully tackle challenging encounters.
MGTP was formed in January 2005, three months after World of Warcraft was released. A group of real-life friends from the Detroit area wanted a place where they could level, group, and interact with each other. Selective in membership, MGTP found itself developing a group of regular players who would form the base of the guild to this day. Incorporating several other guilds including Art of Execution, Wasting Time, and more, MGTP found itself ready to raid.
Eventually, we grew and evolved into the raiding guild you see today. We have progressed through Ulduar and Trial of the Crusader. We now eagerly await the final confrontation with the dread Lich King in the Icecrown Citadel. In the mean time we dedicate ourselves to clearing content and mastery of the game in general.
